I’m a small handmade business, so you’ll be speaking directly to me.

How long does shipping take?
Each piece is handmade to order and ships within 5 business days.
- UK delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
- International delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Because personalised jewellery is made especially for you, I’m unable to accept returns on personalised or custom pieces unless there is a fault.
If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll help put it right.
WILL IT ARRIVE GIFT READY?
Yes. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally
- UK delivery is free, and international delivery options are shown at checkout.
- For USA orders, customs charges are included, so there should be no surprise customs fee on arrival.
CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can send your order directly to the recipient.
Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. No pricing is included inside the parcel. I can add a handwritten note too if you wish.
CAN I CHOOSE THE BIRTHSTONES?
Yes. You can choose the stones that mean the most to you — birthstones, anniversary stones, or simply colours you love.
If you’re not sure which stones to choose, you’re very welcome to contact me and I’ll help.
CAN I ADD ENGRAVING?
Yes, engraving is available on selected designs.
For the Two Peas in a Pod necklace, engraving can be added to the back of the pendant, up to 25 characters.
You can choose names, dates or a short message.
CAN I ADD HEART INITIAL CHARMS?
Yes, heart initial charms can be added to selected necklaces.
They are a lovely way to add children’s initials, a partner’s initial, or extra family meaning to the piece.
WHAT LENGTH IS THE CHAIN?
The necklace comes with a classic 18 inch chain as standard.
There is the option to choose a 20" snake chain for an additional cost.
WHAT IS THE NECKLACE MADE FROM?
Each piece is handmade using recycled 925 sterling silver or 14K gold filled.
The gemstones are ethically sourced and each necklace is made by hand in my Cotswolds studio.
